Time On Our Hands
With schools, workplaces, restaurants, malls, and stores closed and sports, concerts, and most other activities discontinued or severely limited in attendance, especially in the early days of the pandemic, we searched for safe ways to get and stay active, keep ourselves occupied, and get out of the house.
Having more opportunity to do what we love -- be with our children, pursue hobbies, care for pets, take drives, watch movies, play board games, and spend time in nature -- was a "silver lining" for many.
