COVID Chronicles with Carolyn Wynn
-
In Episode 4 of COVID Chronicles, Josiah sat down with Carolyn Wynn from the Peabody Council on Aging.
-
Carolyn Wynn, director of the Peabody Council on Aging, discusses services available to the city's senior citizens through the Council on Aging and the Peter A. Torigian Senior Center. Ms Wynn describes how these services have changed during the pandemic. One major change has been the shut down of the adult day health program which many people rely upon to enable them to keep their older relatives living at home. Services provided during the pandemic include food and meal delivery and transportation to medical appointments and to stores.
