- The Everett YMCA building was erected in 1888 and demolished in July, 1987. The YMCA sold the building to the Immaculate Conception Church in the mid-1920s. It was used as a parish hall until the mid-1980s, when the Edmund Sviokla Center was opened on Summer Street.
