Mrs. Boyd comments on the early types of drugs and solutions used in pharmacology. Her recollection of Stoneham include her business contemporaries; the effect of the Great Depression in the 1930s; and W.W.II. Mrs. Boyd was one of the first woman to become a professionally licensed pharmacist.
